2019 was the year of growth for The Sarkis Team. We are infinitely grateful for our team, for everyone at Douglas Elliman, for our business partners and our loyal clients. We've seen a lot and learned a lot this past year and intend to put all of our new and existing knowledge toward every venture in 2020!
We set out on a mission to raise $5,000 during the holidays to give back in a way that we know has touched us and too many others. Vowing to donate all proceeds to Brigham and Women's Hospital for Cancer Research, once we met our goal we were determined to exceed it. Ultimately, we raised and donated over $15,000.

While all three price trend indicators for the overall market surged to new records this quarter, the result was partially skewed by the rise in average sales size. Median sales price rose 13.6% to a record $952,500 over the same period. The average price per square foot increased by 22.3% to $1,247, and average sales price surged 37.6% to $1,546,011, respectively, from the year ago quarter to new records as well.
