In recent years, he has represented major Boston sports figures on several transactions, among them, Celtics’ center Aron Baynes - who purchased a four-bedroom condominium in Newton in 2018 - and Rob Gronkowski, who engaged George to sell the two-bedroom Fort Point loft he owned with his brothers. In the fall of 2019, The Sarkis Team procured the exclusive listing for Reebok founder and philanthropist Paul Fireman’s stunning 26,000+ square foot estate in the Chestnut Hill neighborhood of Brookline. Offered for $38 million, Woodland Manor is one of the most exceptional real estate offerings in the Commonwealth. Serving as the group’s Chief Operating Officer, Manny has more than 10 years of experience in the Greater Boston residential marketplace. During that time, he has amassed an almost encyclopedic knowledge of the market; in addition, he can speak to the unique features of the city’s diverse neighborhoods and offer valuable insights about the desirable suburban towns. A native of Boston, Manny earned a BBA and Masters Degree in Accounting from UMass Amherst. He then jumped into the real estate market, purchasing a condominium in the North End with his brother George – and never looked back. Manny has grown his career by forging key relationships, maintaining a strong network of prominent individuals (both in and outside of the real estate industry), and – most importantly – by providing his clients with an unparalleled level of exceptional service. “I have built an extensive network in Boston and throughout MA. This network has led to my real estate success. I treat every client to the best of my ability. A member of Douglas Elliman’s Sports and Entertainment Division, Manny counts some of the Boston Celtics as clients, among them, Aron Baynes and Carsen Edwards.
